Operational scope.

Our growth work is infrastructure-led, not tactics-led. We build the technical foundation — crawlable architecture, entity resolution, schema infrastructure, server-side rendering — before we build the content engine. We instrument revenue attribution before we scale output. The output of every engagement is a running asset the client owns and continues to operate after we leave.

Every engagement produces a running asset — a content operations system, a programmatic generation pipeline, a conversion instrumentation layer — that the client owns and continues to operate. We do not deliver decks. We deliver shipped systems.

We treat organic growth the same way we treat commerce operations: as a system with observable inputs, measurable throughput, and audit-trail outputs. Revenue attribution is wired before content scales. Rankings and traffic are intermediate outputs; revenue is the only terminal metric.

We report monthly against revenue attribution, not vanity metrics. Search visibility, indexation, technical health are tracked but treated as leading indicators. The engagement is graded on the only number that matters: what the work earned the client this month.
