Public Sector.
We are not currently executing classified or federal work. We are building the posture to do so correctly — methodically, on the record, with commercial receipts to back every claim.
The commercial receipts earn the right to federal ambition.
The operators who scaled high-risk e-commerce in regulated verticals are the operators who will run AI systems in federal-adjacent work. Payments infrastructure, compliance posture, observability, and scale mechanics do not change much between Navigate Peptides and a state AI advisory contract. The stakes do.
We are building the posture to meet those stakes — methodically, on the record. No claim of active federal work. No invented contracting vehicles. No clearances we do not hold.
Why our commercial work is relevant.
Regulated-vertical fluency
We operate in high-risk commerce where a single compliance miss shuts down payment processing. The muscle that keeps Navigate Peptides running is the same muscle that clears audit requirements, maintains deployment posture, and protects continuity of operations in regulated-industry AI.
Forward-deployed execution
The Palantir FDE model is the template. Small senior teams embedded with the customer, building and operating — not advisors generating deliverables. That is how we run commercial engagements, and it is how we will run federal-adjacent work.
Claude-native agent infrastructure
We build on Anthropic's stack because it is the most defensible posture for regulated deployment. Auditable reasoning, on-prem-capable inference pathways, and a coherent safety framework for high-stakes environments. Model choice is architectural, not incidental.
Autonomous operations experience
ARCANA AI runs continuously on our books — trading decisions, content generation, research synthesis, revenue operations. Every one of those surfaces maps to capabilities federal buyers are sourcing: decision support, document synthesis, OSINT, operational planning. The architecture is the same.
What we are actively preparing.
Topic monitoring and proposal development across DoD, DHS, and HHS solicitations. Target: Phase I submission in Q3 MMXXVI, AI / autonomy topic areas.
Active control mapping and documentation against NIST SP 800-53 Moderate baseline. Target: SSP draft Q4 MMXXVI, authorization pursuit via sponsor agency.
Oregon and adjacent states. Executive-branch AI strategy, policy review, and implementation consulting. Existing commercial relationships in-state.
Developing capability briefs and teaming relationships with established primes for AI / autonomy task orders. Sector focus: data engineering, agent infrastructure, decision support.
Posture, not promises.
We are not currently executing classified or federal work. We are building the posture to do so correctly. That means documentation before claims, controls before marketing, and references from commercial work that can survive scrutiny.
If you are a program office, prime contractor, or federal buyer evaluating AI consulting partners, we are happy to provide capability briefs, commercial references, and architectural documentation under NDA.
